FAQ & Terms of Service

Please read over the following before commissioning me.

By purchasing or receiving art created by myself you agree to the following terms of service:

Art commissioned may be posted wherever the commissioner likes but must be posted with credit.
Art commissioned cannot be used for NFTs in any way, shape, or form.
Art commissioned cannot be used for financial gain be it merchandise, online art auctions, prints, etc. without explicit permission either upon acceptance of the commission or after delivery.
Art commissioned cannot be used in any derivate works such as videogames, art bases, lineart to be colored by others, etc. without explicit permission either upon acceptance of the commission or after delivery.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason, be it that I don't have the time, I'm not comfortable with the request, the commissioner is affiliated with any groups that go against my personal morals/ethics, etc.
I reserve the right to any art produced unless otherwise agreed to in a contract.
I reserve the right to end a commission if the commissioner becomes verbally abusive or aggressive.
50% of the payment is required to be paid up front, and the other 50% upon delivery of the finished work.
Terms of service are subject to change.

Will you do NSFW content?
I'm not accepting any NSFW commissions at this time.

Can I commission multiple characters in the same piece?
Of course! Rather than charging for each individual character I charge an additional half of the initial price for another character. For example: If you want two characters and the original cost of commissioning the one character would be $50, the cost for two characters in the same piece would be $75.

Can I commission you for something not shown in examples/on your price sheet?
Of course! Reach out to me with what you're thinking, and if I think I can do it I'll give you a quote. :)

With YCH (Your Character Here) emotes, you pick which base designs you'd like and I'll make them into a custom emote for you! Whether it's of you, your original character, your MMO character, a character from media - almost anything that can work with the base goes (within reason).All available base options are shown below.
